Cowen Scholarship
About
IMCAP has partnered with Southern Masonic Lodges to provide the N. G. Cowen Scholarship for young adults in small towns in Southern Illinois that are planning to attend or are attending training in vocational or technical field.
The N. G. Cowen Scholarship was created in honor of Master Mason Norredden Gene Cowen’s memory by his wife.
Eligibility
Plan to attend or currently enrolled in a trade school, vocational classes, GED program, or apprenticeship program.
Reside in town in Southern Area of population of 10,000 or less.
Student must be 25 years old or younger.
Student must have high school GPA of 3.3 or lower.
Receive Referral Endorsement from Illinois Master Mason.
Must include High School transcripts.
